Lincol was born in Manu National Park exactly in the village of Pilcopata in 1980. He has studied tourism at San Antonio Abad National University in Cusco and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in the same university.

He began working in tourism in 2012 for companies located around Manu National Park, Tambopata National Reserve, and Machu Picchu. He has also worked in numerous research projects in conservation, tourism, and birding in the rainforest as well as the Andean highlands. He is one of the leading Inkamazonia guides, currently overseeing logistics, operational arrangements, and the planning and design of expedition packages.

Lincol is a licensed “Guía Oficial de Turismo” (Official Tour Guide) with a professional degree in tourism from the San Antonio Abad National University.

He was born in Manu National Park in 1980. He is a professional biologist with a specialty in botany and ecology. He holds a Master's degree in Tropical Biodiversity and Conservation from the Menendez Pelayo International University in Spain.

He is the author of various scientific papers and book chapters that include the formal description of various species new to science in the plant families Vochysiaceae and Ericaceae. He is a professor at San Antonio Abad National University in Cusco and is pursuing a doctorate at the National School of Tropical Botany in Rio de Janeiro.

He is currently in charge of the Botanical Garden of Orchids within the Inkamazonia Ecological Center.

At present, he is studying Tourism in a Private Institute where he has mastered the English language to assist international visitors.
